Our condominiums are
modern and comfortably furnished, with fully equipped kitchens and
fireplaces.
Outdoor pool and tennis courts are on site for our summer guests.
Accommodations:
GRAY WULFF is a two-story building housing 12 one bedroom, one
bath units. Each unit consists of:
- 690 square feet
- Sleeps four with sofa bed
- Laundry facilities in basement

ADAMS is a two-story building housing 4 two bedroom, one
bath units. Each unit consists of :
- 712 square feet
- Sleeps six with sofabed
- Laundry facilities in building

SANDHILL
is a one story duplex with two, 2
bedroom, one bath units which are separated by a double-wide
carport. Each unit consists of:
- 912 square feet
- Sleeps six with sofabed
- Laundry facilities in unit

PAINTBRUSH
is a one story duplex with a 2
bedroom, 1 bath unit (identical to the Sandhill units); and a 3
bedroom, 1 bath unit. These units are separated by a double-wide
carport. The 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit consists of:
- 960 square feet
- Sleeps 7 with sofabed
- Laundry facilities in unit

ALL UNITS
have full kitchens and
fireplaces. There are televisions in each
unit, which receive 4 channels, no cable. A pay phone is located
in front of the
office; we will deliver messages to guests.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL
is located adjacent to the office
building (summer only). No diving
is allowed. There is no lifeguard on duty.
2 TENNIS COURTS
are available during daylight hours
in the summer months.

The above prices are subject to a 7%
state bed tax. Rates & policies are subject to change without
notice.
Policies:
Deposits:
One night's room charge is due when the
reservation is made. The balance is due upon check-in.
The deposit must be paid with Visa,
MasterCard, cash, check or money order within 10 days of the
reservation.
No reservation will be held longer than 10 days without
payment.
Cancellation:
Cancellation 20 days or more prior to
arrival will result in a full refund, less a $25.00 handling fee per
room.
Cancellation 19 days or less prior to
arrival will result in complete forfeiture of deposit.
